Why We Created This Site

We created this website to give individuals a portal where they can find volunteer projects to get involved in. The world needs heroes and and every individual who takes the time to volunteer their time and talent is a Hero!

You can search through the various projects that need volunteers and submit your information so that you can get involved and truly make a difference in this world!

How To Become A Hero

How To Get Involved

To get involved you will first need to register and create your Heroes online account which will give you access to the site links to review and submit projects.

You will want to click on the Current Hero Projects link in the User Menu once you are logged in and search for a project that you can truly get involved in to make a difference in this world. There are over 100 projects from medical research to saving rainforests. All you have to do is choose!

If you have a project that you feel should be listed on this portal click on the Submit Project link at the top of the page to get your project started. Once your information is received we will begin the task of getting your project online and will be contacting you to get more information as your project develops.

How Do We Define A Hero?

4. The principal character in a novel, poem, or dramatic presentation.

This site is a dedicated effort to help individuals to develop career paths in their lives. To explore the possibilities of bringing out the hero in those individuals who wish to help mankind through volunteer efforts to help solve problems in this world and to make it a better world for everyone on this planet.

Often we as individual do not know who to contact to get involved in different projects. OurWorldNeedsHeroes.Com is just such a portal. Bringing projects and people together to explore all the possibilities.

Perhaps you cannot get involved in doing volunteer work but wish to make a donation to those projects you feel deserve your help and support. That option is available on this web portal as well. Just click the "Donations" link at the top of the page.
